Poor ignorant staff left to defend administrative failures, dispensing life saving back up medication like EpiPen with a 2 month validity, asking patient to inform or contact 111 for another prescription if needed.. who can predict when it is needed. It needs to be in date when needed, we can't be asking for this every 2 months.

Really unhelpful; I went for assistance with acute sinusitis/catarrh, was told that guidelines say nothing can be prescribed until after 10 days (I've had the condition for best part of 2 weeks and it's getting worse hence my visit, also: those are guidelines?) Cue night of severe pain for me. Same Pharmacist also sold the parent in front of me Piriton for her child & DIDN'T go through side effects with her. Some of these Pharmacists seem to have a hugely inflated sense of their own importance. Won't go back.

Got told to come back in twenty minutes for my prescription, waited out in the cold, came back in, they didn't have it in stock. This has happened multiple times now. They're also not great at answering the phone. Just tiring. I'll probably be moving elsewhere despite it being attached to my surgery because I have inflammation and running back and forth across town to get my meds ain't the one.

Very helpful. Good friendly staff even though they are always busy for such a small pharmacy.
