   We had book appointment for flu jab at 18:30 and they were closed. No communications at all. Made a cancer patient to go out on ran for nothing. They shouldn't have a pharmacy licence

   Excellent pharmacy, staff are very friendly and very helpful. Always smiling and very apologetic if there's an issue with something. Covid jab today, again very efficient and welcoming. Definitely 5 stars a big thank you to Sangha's.

   They no longer let me know when the prescription is in. Packets of breathing meds came 2 weeks late and unlabelled. I had to buy them online. However, not all of my breathing meds are available online. I could have suffocated and won't be using them again. Correction. I now believe this was a temporary glitch, caused by confusing and contradictory instructions from my then - "doctor". It would appear that the problem is resolved and they are back on form.

   Will be changing this pharmacy bloody useless . Told me they couldn't get my eye drops because there was a problem with production. Well how hard did you try because after phoning around I found tesco pharmacy had them. You left me without eyedrops for the weekend which could off been dangerous!!

   Due to the many problems at the Hinkler road Well dispensary I decided to try Sangha. I get my repeat prescriptions by way of the internet / computer system and they are now available as soon as the surgery sends a request to them. (much better than a week later) and I get a text message at the same time informing me that my prescription is ready to collect. The staff are pleasant and efficient and there is a well stocked sort of kitchen essentials area. It's almost a pleasure to get my prescriptions and some kitchen towels in the same shop. For me it's been a good move from the Well dispensary too Sangha, but in a way it's a shame as I used that place for years. Until the new management took over.

   Have used this pharmacy for ten years. I have been happy with the Medical part but recently they have introduced a levy on delivering prescriptions, as my house has bed ridden person s I find this levy to be a insult after all the years of dealing with the pharmacy. Recently they held an large order from the doctors and if we hadn't inquired at the doctors we wouldn't have known that the reason for the non delivery was we were not on the system as we hadn't paid, so 10 years of delivery had vanished from there records huh. Very unhappy with this service C
