I would like to highlight Kamaldeep Kaur for her excellent service. She is always very quick, accurate, and kind, and she goes out of her way to be helpful. Her support really makes a difference.

Don't use this pharmacy. Boycott it. It is in breach of its contract with the local Health Commissioning Group to have a pharmacist on the premises and available to dispense prescriptions during the advertized opening hours. On several occasions recently their response to customers has been, "The pharmacist is on a break" or "The pharmacist is collecting a child from school" and similar excuses. In the normal course of events that may not matter too much. The customer can return later or the following day. However, many customers are ill, infirm, elderly, have difficulty walking to the pharmacy, or a combination of all. The convenience of the pharmacists is of lesser importance than the needs of elderly customers who should be firm with their GPs to not send electronic prescriptions to this pharmacy.

Overcharged for prescribed products, they don't want to refund and don't give me the missing products. Charged me for 2 prescriptions and give me products only for 1 prescription. They tried to say I have to pay for each item separately but it is not true. Other pharmacy charges only for one prescription price for a 2 boxes of nicotine patches and lozenges. They have been really arrogant after I made a complaint. They do the same quit smoking program what I do throughout my GP surgery. Probably overcharging everyone who aren't aware of this. Even says on the label : 5 packs Shame on them!
Prescriptions have to be ordered repeatedly, Meds run out and staff blame surgery.
Very good chemist on the ball every time specifically Anna runs around like a headless chicken but provides perfect service.
