   My experience at Specsavers Opticians was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional throughout my visit. The optometrist conducted a thorough eye exam and took the time to explain everything clearly. They helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses, and the whole process was smooth and efficient.    All the staff were incredibly welcoming and warm, from the moment I stepped into the store. I was given clear instructions on what was going to happen next and where and I was assisted every step of the way. The optician too was very kind and caring, and walked me through the whole process. I also enjoyed the friendly atmosphere on the shop floor, as the employees clearly seemed to like working with one another which is always a good sign!

   I came to this Specsavers for an eye test and was given a new prescription. I didn’t see any frames I liked, so I went to Costco to get my glasses made using the prescription from Specsavers. As soon as I started wearing the glasses, I had constant headaches for over a week. Costco then arranged another eye test to double-check everything. Their test showed a completely different prescription, especially for my astigmatism. In one eye, Costco found no astigmatism at all even though Specsavers had added it, and in the other eye the astigmatism strength and direction were totally different. The optometrist at Costco was genuinely surprised at how far off the original results were. No wonder I was getting headaches the prescription from Specsavers was simply wrong. Costco have been excellent and are remaking my glasses for free even though the mistake wasn’t theirs. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for this Specsavers. Had to face so much headache and hassle for so long because of this and This whole experience has made me lose trust in them, and I won’t be returning. If you care about your eyesight, I’d never go this branch. I will also attach pictures of both prescriptions so others can see the difference for themselves.

   Warm welcome when entering. All members of staff super friendly. No pushy sales tactics. Had an extremely pleasant Optician on the day and and lovely chap who helped with my frames. In all great team. Keep up the excellent work.

   Christie was excellent with helping me choosing my new specs, very polite and friendly. Erin, who took the measurements etc of my specs, equally polite, friendly and helpful. Very pleasant experience, which I hadn't planned, but one leg of my specs broke. Offering a good deal with second pair free. Well done Specsavers.

   Assessment looked like his granny had died, could not get my glasses to fit right for 20 odd mins so I didn't bother getting the other pair done ad went in yesterday and really lovely ladies sorted it in less than 5 minutes, apart from that never had anything to complain about at all so I Always come here. Also why give a ticket for 50 quid off to someone who has bought 2 pairs that lasts 6 Months. Surely 2 years when you would be getting new ones. Also is not transferable I'd love to know how many actually used

   Thank you to staff who helped when my prescription didn't seem quite right. Jason was so calm and helpful. Michael took time to carry out an eye test again so that I got glasses that worked. All assistance from a number of staff was excellent.

   First class service from the audiology department at the Union Street, Aberdeen store. Kieran was very helpful on the phone, giving me advice and then persevering to get hold of me when a cancellation appointment became available. Kate, the audiologist who I saw, was great. She was professional and friendly. She explained everything very well, carried out the procedure efficiently, and gave helpful aftercare advice. Thank you both!
