Throughout these years, I have consistently received exceptional customer service, characterised by both friendliness and efficiency. The staff at this pharmacy have always gone above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met, making each visit a pleasant and reassuring experience. However, it's important to mention that recently, I've encountered a small hiccup in their usually flawless service. On two separate occasions, there have been items missing from my prescription. This required me to make additional calls to rectify the issue. While this has been a minor inconvenience, it's worth noting given the pharmacy's otherwise stellar track record. Despite these recent issues, my trust in Stenson Road Pharmacy remains strong. Their quick response and resolution to my concerns only reaffirm my belief in their commitment to outstanding customer care.

   This pharmacy went above and beyond to get my prescription when my local chemist couldn't be bothered to source an alternative pack size or PI version to fulfill my script. I called them in the morning and picked up the full 6 months worth of medicine by 5:30pm same day. Will use again even though it's across town from me just because they were so so helpful. Thank you.
