   I have never experienced someone speaking to me with so much attitude from a pharmacy. I wasn’t being rude or hostile. Just explaining my 111 prescription was sent over, it said it was ready. I was explaining something and he was cutting me up and just being SO rude and said they didn’t have it, go see my GP, I can’t use out of hours prescription now (my gp cannot fit me in). I asked him to not speak to me that way and he said ‘ok bye’. REGARDLESS of situation, it’s never ok to speak to a customer that way.

   Really unprofessional. Try to use pharmacy first but they were really unhelpful. Went for a UTI and without any privacy he started asking me questions. Refused me medicine because I didn't meet the criteria. The bold tall pharmacist was rude. Seemed like he couldn't be arsed dispensing.

   Worst experience! Bought thermometer, which was not working properly. At one time showed 40 degrees and other second 33. And continued to work like this. Being health care professional , i knew this device is faulty. On return within 2 hours, i was told that its not possible. I even showed the results to them. Even the smallest of the stores offer return or at least replacement. Left the device at their desk to do whatever they wanted to do! Never coming back. I would go anywhere else except for this place. Pathetic service!

   The pharmacist really goes out his way for customers. Fantastic service. Nothing is too much for them. Open for long hours and fully stocked with a variety of products.

   This is the friendliest most polite efficient pharmacy I have ever been to, they treat everyone with the same respect which not all or in fact not many at all. Old style customer service that you just don't get these days, please don't change a thing, thank you for your courtesy it does get noticed. A delighted customer.

   The Pharmacist is really arrogant. I’ve been here a couple of times, along with other family Members and they are just so rude and unhelpful. They’re always “too busy” to help or the answer is a “no”. I’d try to avoid this pharmacy where possible.

   An excellent and professional service. I have been using this pharmacy regularly and can't fault them. The counter staff are welcoming, polite and friendly. The pharmacists provide very helpful advice regarding my medication. They are extremely helpful and prompt. I would greatly recommend this pharmacy to everyone.
