Popped in for a consultation and seen very quickly. Pharmacist was able to diagnose me with shingles, provide advice and prescribed appropriately. Very efficient service.
Called in last week when predicted bad weather meant I wouldn't be back home from a canalboat holiday before my prescription meds ran out. The staff were really helpful and contacted my surgery and sorted out my meds straight away. All staff were friendly both to me and other customers.
I can't say enough good things about Willington Pharmacy. This place isn't just a pharmacy; it's a vital part of our community. The staff always go above and beyond for their patients and take the time to explain medications thoroughly. The pharmacist is always willing to consult with doctors on our behalf if there are any concerns or potential drug interactions and has done this a few times for me in the past meaning I get a quicker service. What really sets this pharmacy apart is the personal touch. The staff always remember their patients and their health, often asking if new medication is working or if there have been any changes in our health. Whenever I see the pharmacist in the village, he always has a friendly wave and takes a moment to chat. The rest of the staff are equally friendly, and the pharmacy itself is always clean and stocked with a brilliant array of vitamins. If you're looking for a pharmacy where you're treated like a person, not just a prescription, willington pharmacy is the place to go.
Not the best service. Trying to help my very poorly, elderly uncle get some medicine blister packs. Given that Willington is the closest pharmacy to him and no other pharmacy can help - pharmacist refusing to take on new patients whilst being completely aware of the situation! You’d think they’d want to help…? Edit further to response - other pharmacies offer the same service but unfortunately he doesn’t fall into their region for delivery, as discussed!! My opinion is that you’re not a highly rated pharmacy given you won’t help an elderly man with his medicine - hardly unfair.
These guys were fantastic this last week! I arrived in a feeling very ill and sorry-for-myself state after being told at a DIFFERENT pharmacy that they would charge me £20 for a consultation and my prescription on top of that! Willington Pharmacy were lovely, kind and their consultation was free. I did ring beforehand just incase but I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving, the right medication was prescribed and staff were great. Highly recommend!
Usually busy around 1400 but seen very quickly otherwise. Friendly + helpful staff

Had covid and flu jab there. Service is excellent and staff very nice.
shop shut early & went dark, before 6:25, but they were still there & opened up for me again when i arrived at exactly 6:30pm.
Very good pharmacy, sometimes very busy, closes for lunch which can be a nuisance, the staff are very pleasant and helpful.
