Awful company now. I would not buy from them. Poor staff in stores can not offer any help. Need to pay for delivery and returns, even when the company is at fault.
What a total joke. I have an £80 gift card but "IT Systems are down" so I can't use it to buy Christmas presents for my kids in Eastleigh Swan Centre. You are happy to take the cash for a gift card but when it comes to using it no! Meanwhile the tills mysteriously keep on ringing for those paying cash or card. Scandalous!
The new store in the corner of sports direct is horrible makes you not wanna go on there just close that place already they never have games day in especially Jrpgs..Some staff don't know very much ..going to shop on Amazon and CeX from now on...
Worrying when staff don't know what a car charger is. Only asked for one for my daughters nintendo switch and the blank look I got back was astonishing.
Happy staff, clean, tidy store. Pricing was dodgy though. Picked up a copy of Hotwheels Supercharged for PlayStation and the price on the label was £12 less than the till wanted. On this occasion I didn't buy anything, but I will always go in there when at the swan centre or at the cinema or bowling alley nearby
Terrible Place, Terrible Company, Should have gone under like they were going to, Cant even refund purchases from in store. Ignorant, Rude Staff, just stay away online prices are miles better!
Applied for a seasonal sale assistants position here and heard nothing back, yet know of one person who had zero work experience getting a job here very easily. A little common courtesy/decency wouldn't go amiss, esp during these difficult corona times.
The Staff currently working in the store clearly do not play games themselves and are consequently useless when it comes to opinions of the games themselves. I've tried on multiple occasions to pre-order games and/or consoles yet they haven't helped one bit, telling me I had to order it online. Trying to get any information on release dates from them is like trying to get blood out of a stone. When I was finally able to order something from them, it was past the release date and they didn't have a single one in stock resulting in me having to order it to my house, yet it STILL has not arrived, over 2 weeks later despite them having charged me already.
