   Amazing place to live, highly recommend. The comment about the security deposit isn't true at all. They arent fraudulent and warn you about paying for the quater as the contract states. They send emails about it before your tenancy end and ask if you'd like to extend. Everything included and rent is very reasonable. Would live there again if I ever moved back to Stoke.

   They indulge in extremely fraudulent behaviour towards the end of the tenancy. I let them know I would be staying only for a month longer but they forced me to pay rent for a whole quarter anyway while they advertised that my place is vacant right after I left. I left my room in an extremely tidy way, even brought a friend along to help me with the cleaning, and they took away my whole security deposit saying "the room needed excessive cleaning". As far as scammers go, I haven't come across worse in Stoke. The rooms are nice and spacious but the Wi-fi is terrible. I suggest looking at cheaper alternatives which are a lot more tenant friendly and have a good track record of being legit

   I'm a young professional and I lived at Carlton for 6 months in one of the flats. Great facilities, quick responses to any issues raised, and a fair price for what is available. I loved the brickwork inside the flat too! Location is also brilliant, close to pretty much everything and lovely local pubs a short walk away.

   Only recently moved in but the suites are perfect for what I need, they're really nicely sized and come with everything new or returning students may need at a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend, as it's easy enough to find and not too far from the campus. The people working here have helped tons with any issues I've come across and respond to emails very quickly. The rooms are all extremely well kept, clean and nicely furnished. All in All, worth the money, especially for what you're getting.

   I have been renting with Carlton Suites since 2015 till date, their accommodation quality is 1st to none because they always try their best to provide value for money and always available to deal with any query; even during their closing hours. Don't think twice before renting with Carlton Suites. Everything is bills inclusive and it makes your life easier. Very reliable people and they always have your best interest at heart. I have not been a student for 4 years now but the still accommodate me as it's part of their requirements. Awesome

   Final year student at Staffs living at Wesley Suites the newest student accommodation which is a part of the Carlton Suites group. A 10 min walk from my university and the Stoke-On-Trent rail station, very nice looking, spacious and secure accommodation. I love the fact that it is extremely warm as it gets very cold in the winter and you get two rooms including an en-suite, one study room with a desk and a sofa bed and fridge and the other a bedroom with more than enough closet space! I love living here as it is great value for money and personally for me as I can't stand to study in the library with all the noisy students, so having my own quiet study with a mini fridge is great as I can study in peace and in the comfort of my own surroundings. Not to mention all bills and laundry facilities are included! Definitely a 10/10 for me. The best and most affordable accommodation in stoke by far!

   Carlton is a great place to live - spacious, secure, clean and in a perfect location for Staffs Uni students! Just a short walk from the rail station and local food shops is an extra bonus! Staff are very friendly and always cater to individual needs. Rooms are great with lots of space and nice interior designs. Any problems with room maintenance are always solved quickly. I've thoroughly enjoyed living in Carlton for a year and look forward to another year there. Would definitely recommend to any students looking for a safe, friendly, affordable and overall welcoming environment to live in.
