   Very disappointing experience. The equipment is often broken or poorly maintained, toilets stinks of piss constantly. Staff are unhelpful and seem more interested in chatting than assisting members, unless they like you or fancy you , Cleanliness is a big issue—locker rooms are dirty and rarely stocked. For the price they charge, I expected much better. Would not recommend, Also This gym has serious issues with staff behavior. Several employees were rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in doing their jobs. Simple questions were met with attitude, and problems were never resolved. For the price, I expected much better service. Definitely not worth it.

   Amazing gym! Staff here are really warm and friendly, I’ve never had an experience from staff at a gym like this before. Facilities are very spacious, lots of room and nobody sat on your lap. Can always get on equipment that you need. Steam room and pool facilities are excellent for the price. The steam room has had no issues for the last 6-8 months and can always get a swim in the pool. Could not recommend a gym more!

   This is a really welcoming and encouraging gym, all the team members are super friendly and are happy to help and give advice. There is a decent range of equipment, although at busy times some of the dumbbells are in slightly short supply. There are a good variety of classes through the week for both strength and cardio, with instructors who keep the classes interesting by changing it up every now and again. It could do with a slight refurb to bring it in to line with some of the newer Everlast gyms. But it is excellent value for money.

   Great value for money swimming pool in Derby. They have easy access steps which is useful with a rail. They also have a large jacuzzi and a steam room. The gym itself is large and has all the equipment you need, including lots of new functional items. The studio is lovely and has a great sound system. The spin studio is also fantastic.

   This gym is really large, well laid out and good value for money. Can't praise the staff enough they're always so helpful and nice even though I've seen them deal with some really awful customers and they always stay professional. Things break, especially when members keep leaving steam room doors open, just like in any gym but the staff are always as helpful as can be. They need a scanner system to help people check in, that would help everything move more smoothly, otherwise 10/10.

   So gym is ok, jacuzzi is broke for over 2 years now, sauna for over a month with no indication when it is going to be fixed. Everlast offered £1, yes ONE poun, for compensation because even pool did not work.

   The pool was nice tryed it for a day £10. No hot tub or sauna.. I was told they don't have the money to fix it as they have spent money on gym. Don't think that is fair. Especially when you pay the same £28/£30. Month.

   Ethan and Jordan could do with some customer service training. Great gym let down by lack of customer centric approach team. If you don’t enjoy what you do, find something you do. Corporate obligations put before customer concerns is never a good way to run a business.

   The staff are friendly and helpful. Been going for 2 months now. Good equipment the sauna is clean and always working same for the pool. I am waiting for the day when the jacuzzi is gonna work .

   Trust me find somewhere cheaper and somewhere you can cancel anytime 3 month notice is a absolute joke! Staff are good EVERYTHING else is pathetic swimming pool is always packed and there isn’t enough gym equipment for everyone
