Great people who really push you to do your best. The small group classes offer full-body workouts with a strength focus (whilst not omitting some cardio), and is really approachable for beginners! The coaches are all quite knowledgeable and good at keeping your form correct. James was very lovely and helpful. Whilst I never attended the larger groups, they had a really great range of things that will definitely appeal to loads of people.

Devon, James and the team at 365 are great. 365 has a really welcoming atmosphere and when I started I was made to feel at ease, even though a lot of the exercises were completely new to me. The small group classes are well worth the investment as there is always a coach on hand to correct technique and encourage members to push the weights to keep steadily improving. The team are always happy to provide advice and guidance on goals but with a strong focus on fitness, strength and general wellbeing, not just weight loss. My strength and fitness have increased significantly since I joined. I would highly recommend 365 Fitness!

I have been a member of 365 for a few years now. It’s not your traditional gym with rows of machines. 365 offers a personal experience they offer a range of classes to suit all abilities. The trainers are great, very supportive. Everyone is so friendly it really is a gym like no other, making keeping fit fun whilst keeping it challenging. I feel fitter and healthier than I ever have. Dietary advice is also available. If you are thinking of joining a gym give it a go you won’t regret it.

James at 365 Fitness has been helping me for the last few months during weekly personal training sessions. These go beyond just exercising and we regularly cover nutrition with James having lots of tips, tricks and sensible advice on eating well and healthily whilst accepting that there is often not enough time in the day to prepare a meal from scratch every evening. Always cheerful, never judgmental, able to adapt exercises to avoid aggravating pre-existing injuries, James and all the team are a great place to start or continue getting healthy.

I won a free month’s membership at 365 fitness and I’m so pleased I did. Having only trained in a gym environment working out in classes was new to me so I was a bit apprehensive at first. However there was no need to be. A great bunch of people with various classes for all different levels of fitness. Everyone is really helpful and friendly. Devon and James have made me feel really welcome. The month is up but I will definitely be continuing. Highly recommend for anyone who is thinking of joining DO IT you won’t regret it!
