Really friend gym, great atmosphere and proper BJJ training here. The class was very focused with a clear aim on technique. I came down here while traveling for work and everyone was very friendly and welcoming!
Having trained with Trevor in previous years prior to Neon, I knew I wouldn't be disappointed and after 6 weeks of returning to BJJ, I can say that the Neon team do a fantastic job. I'm yet to try any other classes they offer but I do plan on it soon. Friendly and inviting atmosphere, and great price. I'm really enjoying the beginner BJJ classes as I can be a slow learner so learning the fundamentals are essential for me. Highly recommend giving it a go!
I had an amazing 3-day Jiu-jitsu session at Neon Martial Arts. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and the instructors were excellent! I had fantastic sparring/rolls with everyone, and I learned a lot from them. I highly recommend this academy if you're in the Southampton area or passing by this city.
Because of my work schedule I have bounced around a few of the classes (BJJ, MMA, No-Gi) but every class is great. Rolling/sparing is a different level of cardio workout and the classes are a chance to learn from guys that are experts in their disciplines.
Very good Funky Boxing classes, good for my body and mind :) I am very happy I introduced myself to it, it benefits me a lot and lifts up my mood giving me a chance to unwind in a healthy way, I strongly recommend it!
In my 50's I wanted to find somewhere to learn something new. I've now been learning to wrestle since September. The coaches are great and informative. The support from them and the others joining the class has been great. I have been carrying extra weight for a while, which we all seem to do in our 50's, however having looked at my diet and coming to the classes, I have lost 7kg in 6 weeks. I feel and look better, have more energy and cannot thank the team for their patience and support. If you are thinking about starting any martial art, these are the team to join. Great facility, loads of free parking I travel 15 miles to come here and cannot wait each week to get on the mats.
The instructors are highly experienced, the classes are well structured and the atmosphere is great. Everyone is really friendly and it's a great place to meet new people. The facilities are top notch and the equipment is always clean and in good condition. I've been going for a few months now and I can definitely see an improvement in my overall fitness and technique. Highly recommended!
