   Noah was absolutely amazing! We had such a great experience at Slug and Lettuce thanks to him. He was friendly, attentive, and constantly made sure our drinks were topped up without us even having to ask. Brilliant service from start to finish — he really made our visit enjoyable.    I had the BEST time at bottomless brunch! From start to finish, everything was flawless. The staff were so welcoming, attentive, and kept our glasses full the entire time without us ever needing to ask. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned — definitely not your average brunch bites. The vibe was fun, lively, and perfect for a weekend catch-up with friends. Between the great music, amazing service, and endless drinks, it honestly felt like the ultimate treat. I’ll 100% be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know! Especially the waitress Leera, very kind and welcoming!!!

   Aweful experience...i reserved table 10 in advance...on arrival said table was occupied. The hostess invited us to sit any where...which defeats the purpose of reserving the table. The hostess indicated you had to order using the app....which we proceeded to do...after several attemps to pay via the app...we had to pay at the bar. The waiter did not take or cash the complete order....the service was "sluggish"...the milk ( for tea)was spilled on reaching the table...see photo..it was never cleaned...the food was pitiful...not value for money....

   First time to slug and lettuce Reading! Jade was absolutely amazing, there was not once where my drink wasn't topped up for bottomless brunch. So attentive polite and genuinely lovely! Highly reccomend x

   The Slug and Lettuce based on the Riverside is good presentation of this established chain. Nostalgic for me as I used to drink at The Slug in Hornchurch so it kinda bought back some memories. On the day it was a sunny Friday so drinks were taken outside in the sunshine and through into the balmy evening. Okay, it got messy … Good drink deals are cocktails which I think were either 2 for 1 or at least a cheaper way to get … in the party mood. I can recommend the Long Island Ice Teas … just maybe don’t drink so many so you can at least salvage some of the next day. The staff were really cool and good fun. Recommended.

   Poor service. Clearly short staffed and staff are inexperienced and don’t have a clue about customer service. Was overcharged for the children's menu THREE times over. In such a high traffic area you’d have thought they would have checked the gas and syrup in the soft drinks was working as required before they opened up. The place was very quiet and we can’t get a manager to come deal with the issues. Appalling experience for a quiet weekday lunch with kids. Errors refunded, so happy with that resolution
