I’m an experienced dog person, but we all need updating! My Labrador had a fitting for a muzzle (for foreign train travel) as well. Thank you

   Fantastic customer service and staff go above and beyond. I've sought advise over the last few months about dog food and treats as I was struggling to get my dog to eat anything (particularly after being seriously ill) and she is loving the dry/wet food and treats that were recommended to me. Love the fact you can return food your pet doesn't like although I've not had any need to return anything!

   Absolutely excellent customer service! Highly recommend coming here to all pet owners. It was our first time in store and we were seeking some advice for our poorly cat and Josie was empathetic, very knowledgable and all round fantastic - we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was also a lovely store which was well laid out and stocked with great and well-priced products which I haven’t seen elsewhere. Thank you so much for your help during a stressful time, we’ll definitely be returning!

   Great local shop for us, we visited prior to getting our first rescue dog. Unlike other larger chains locally the store is bright, tidy and laid out really well, a nice place to visit with plenty of choice. Even though we were just looking as to what items we may need at that stage, the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to help. They equipped is with a "starter pack" of leaflets to help guide us,, gave us advice and didn't pressure us at all into rushing to buy items. A great shopping experience and really friendly, knowledgeable staff.

   Really fantastic shop. Would go as far as to say it's the best pet shop I've been to. Really fantastic selection of equipment, food, supplements and grooming for dogs. High quality, natural and organic. Well worth the price for what you get when compared to larger franchises. Lovely staff all of whom clearly love animals. Knowledgeable and very friendly. Did not use grooming service, but watched a wee dog getting tidied up and it looked like it was in a high end spa. Highly recommended.
