   Everything in a Pet Store that we could ask for! Great shop, well stocked, good choice of options and brands. VERY helpful and knowledgeable staff who are so friendly as well, our puppy loves them all when she visits to get weighed. Highly recommend this store.

   Love this shop especially all the treats you can buy for dogs. We recently got a puppy and before we got him we often went into the store where there customer service is excellent, we always get greeted when we walk in and always so helpful.Josie the Store Manager has been so amazing I can’t thank her enough for helping us find what’s right for us with her knowledge, she’s like a walking encyclopaedia we were able to make decisions comfortably with no pressure, no question is a silly question. We will continue to shop there as we love it, we also have registered with the vets who we met yesterday who were fab and the groomers

   Jazmyne at the Basingstoke store has been so lovely time after time, she makes a big fuss over our two terriros when they come in and is incredibly knowledgeable about the products you sell helping choose the right treats, foods, harness for our little ladies, thank you!    The employees are just fabulous in this store. When you visit they make you feel so welcome! They helped me find the correct food that suited our new puppy. The lady gave me great advice! Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even shut their doors when our puppy decided to slip his new harness! Keep up the good work!

   Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They cater for a wide variety of pets, even live food for reptiles, which was a surprise to me. We have just got a Rankin Dragon, a first reptile for us... The member of staff we spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable about reptiles and clearly had the animals welfare at heart in his advice. We had done our own research before embarking on this, but he happily printed some further information for us, then and there, in the shop. Top marks!
