Boots at Wokingham have an excellent team who are customer centric, very approachable. Lovely and extremely patient. Jackie, Brian and all the staff whose names I can't recollect spent considerable time ensuring that the customer is satisfied and I have been going to that store for approximately 40 years no matter where I lived because they are exceptional and exemplary in the manner they treat customers. I called today to make an enquiry on a product I had been struggling to find. I spoke to a lady named Gloria on the boots Wokingham pharmacy line. So accommodating, respectful and patient. She went onto the store floor twice to check for the products while I held the line. Thank you Gloria for the exceptional service today.
Typically a good range of products and I got everything I needed today with minimal queuing. 4 stars because somehow these days boots seems a bit faded and dated. Maybe not a bad thing to be old fashioned...?
This store has not changed over 30 years, but these day's there is always a lack of staff especially on pharmacy. However the staff do offer super levels of service.
Harrieta was lovely! Approachable! We had a private problem and she dealt with it so professionally! She went the extra mile just to help us and get what we needed. She was very polite and was very happy with the outcome and service she provided!
This might be the most inadequate pharmacy in the world. Management need to be sacked as they are causing stress and probable death to the community. . I have been constantly denied my essential medicines over a 2 year period. Enough.
General shop is OK, but the pharmacy is absolutely rubbish. I pick up for multiple people, the meds are the same every month. But every month there is an issue and people are missing out on much needed meds.
