Every single employee at Shinfield vets is lovely! They always greet me and Bertie with a smile and make sure to put Bert at ease when he’s nervous. They’re super patient with me and him, and fantastic at what they do! Easy to contact and always follow up. Highly recommend.
last week i took my mum and her frenchy to Shinfield vets unfortunatly it was not good news our little fur ball was not well and was put to sleep. We was devastated as you can imagine that little dog was my mums life and i want t send a massive thankyou to you guys the way you treated my mum was amazing there is a young lady on reception with long ginger hair sorry forgot your name but she is amazing nothing is too much trouble she looked after us my mum was so upset and as soon as mum came out of the room se gave mum a big cuddle just want to say a massive thankyou to you all Hope you enjoyed your chocolates
Dad takes his dog Bobby to this clinic and they're always so good with him. Bobby gets so much fuss from the staff that he's never afraid of going there. Walks in with his tail wagging! The team are always helpful and efficient.
Absolutely fantastic vet clinic! Anything from regular upkeep to emergency and surgeries is handled professionally, efficiently and super, super friendly. My mini sausage dog is very fortunate for being cared by this amazing team.
I'm delighted Shinfield Vets is my local vet practice. The staff are so friendly and supportive. My 2 rescue kittens were quite unwell when I got them, and the vets took such good care of them and are animal lovers themselves which is reassuring. The vets always took time to explain the treatment options and what they would recommend as next steps. Happy to say both kitties are now all healthy! The vets also give great recommendations for overall health and care, including best foods for cats and so on. They are fab!
We have always had very good experience with Shinfield Vets, from having our rescue kitten to regular care and checks. They are gentle, caring, very accommodating and explain and respond to all questions. It’s very easy to work with them! We are also part of the Pet Health club and it works really well for us! We would strongly recommend them!
Excellent visit with vet Clare who was vey thorough in examination and historic investigation providing full explanation of forward treatment including cost. Fantastic nursing staff provided love and care during initial treatment which could have been very stressful but was handled calmly and professionally creating a much welcomed environment for my dog. Vet spent a long time with us, explaining and giving options. She was friendly and knowledgeable. All staff were friendly and efficient. My two dogs remained calm and co-operative, despite being scared of going to the vet. The staff were genuinely interested in the best outcome for my pets.
Olly is very precious family pet. It took me quite a long time to find a vet that would tick all the boxes. That was six years ago and I have never felt the need to look anywhere else. The reception staff are friendly and professional and Vet consultations are informative professional and very caring. Olly always seems happy and calm when he comes out and so am I. You could not ask for more than that. Well done for being a modern practice with old school values.
Used these vets for years and love how they have cared for and interacted with my pets from birth to helping some die with dignity. The caring card and token after meant the world to us. They are always helpful. Quick to see us when we have had emergencies and the treatment has always been second to none. Would definitely recommend and have done to both family and friends.
