   Have just collected my cat after a week of her staying there, and have absolutely no complaints! The staff were very informative of how she had been, of any issues that came up, and whilst she has a nervous nature as a standard, they catered to her needs extremely well, and all seemed to genuinely care and love the cats they are dealing with. Will recommend, and will definitely use again, thank you!!

   Nice enough and my cats where happy, but unlike other catteries there is no access to outside space which could be a problem for some cats. Also it looks like they are in dispute with their neighbours about parking, so I was not allowed to park outside the entrance. Unlike other catteries I have used, they don't insist on a large deposit beforehand. Overall, I like them and would use them again.

   Absolutely love this cattery. The whole place is clean, they are very accommodating and can send updates if you ask. You can bring your cat’s bed/toys/food but they can also provide pretty much everything. They are highly professional, very knowledgeable and take extremely good care of our furry friends. I had a (now deceased) senior cat who was very anxious and he always was looked after as if he was their own. They were so good to him. My two kittens are currently there for their first stay and my mind is at peace. I know they will look perfectly after them.

   We boarded our cat for the first time at Knowl Hill for 6 nights. The staff were very attentive and responsive to questions leading up to her stay and also during. The cattery itself is large and had decent size enclosures for each cats with secluded areas for cats that might not be comfortable around other cats (like ours!) We will definitely board our cat with them again.

   We used this cattery 3 weeks before our move to Woodley and 1 week after. The cats were well looked after and we were called because there was a slight problem with them which was remedied. The 2 young men were knowledgeable and friendly.
