   We booked a table of 4 for 8.30pm and we arrived 10 mins early but were told they are full and altho we have a reservation they have no table available. Told to wait for upto an hour. I'm assuming they double booked, yet we paid a deposit on the table, yet the greed over took their professionalism and we were left to stand about or leave. We decided to leave.

   Amazing experience! Lovely staff and the food... oh the food is just brillant! The chicken shish is so tender and juicy and the adana lamb shish melts in your mouth! This is a wonderful place for a fancy dinner if you wanna treat yourself or a loved one.

   I never knew arranging tables can upset the manager so much. Would have been better if we left and did him a favour. Rest of the staff were lovely. But definitely won’t be back again. Turkish restaurant are normally accommodating. Edit: We did not change your table without informing you thank you. We asked if it’s ok to add one small table to the end so that we can sit together and I said I was happy to sit at the end of the table to make it less difficult than it already seemed. You mentioned hot food is passed through the end, but I can observe food is passed between seats at other tables. I hope you can agree it’s not out of the ordinary for customers to make simple request (or perhaps it’s not that simple). Your approach is simply, you get what you’re given. I hope you can take this constructively i.e reflect on your mannerism and tone to your customers. We are not demanding or abusive, and you and your fellow staff can probably sense that, so I don’t think we deserve that sort of tone at the start.

   This place a hidden gem, stunning decor, fantastic quality, and a bargain price for a delicious meal. Feeding both myself and my son for £25 is impressive, especially when the food remains top-notch. The variety on offer makes it even better, ensuring there’s something to enjoy for everyone. I can imagine how the atmosphere evolves when night falls—romantic lighting, perhaps a soft glow from candles or elegant fixtures, creating an intimate setting. Whether it's a cozy date night or just appreciating the beauty of the place in a new way, it sounds like somewhere worth revisiting.

   2024- booked table for mothers day, service was very attentive and food came out tasting great. 2022, lunch again was great Had lunch for 2, was very pleasant inside and staff were polite and delivered service with a smile. Had the 2 course lunch and the food portions were perfect and tasted great, and the complimentary mezze were very authentic. Will definitely return to try the evening menu./ back again with family, had a great time with excellent service and authentic food, cant wait for the next visit.

   Brilliant. Really delicious food from a cosy, modern and well equipped restaurant with prompt and helpful service. Big party of 15 was no problem as all dishes came out in time together, hot, fresh and exceedingly well presented. Super tasty charcoal grilled lamb washed down with a juicy Turkish house red. Price-wise.. a little higher than average but great portion sizes, and a culinary experience made up for that. Will be returning.

   Returned after 3 years to PK. Food (meat) was excellent just as it was before COVID and rice was very tasty. I'm not a salad person but paprika and tomatoes were missing in my salads. Stuff very friendly, all of them. My rating from 3y ago stays. I took the party mix which is 3 meals mixed types and a dessert meal. The burning one is something with prawns in special Extra section at the end of the menu.

   This place is a gem and a real asset to Biggleswade, I very much recommend it! The food is very nice, the staff are nice and I like the big bi-folding doors and plants for a tropical feel. They also brought out something on fire on a plate which is always fun, and the prices are reasonable.
