   Charlotte is absolutely fantastic! She has such a natural love for dogs and my dog, Max, adores her. She always does such a thorough job and he always comes back looking and smelling amazing.    Charlotte is definitely the dog whisperer, unfortunately our Chow Chow had a bad experience with an alternative groomer and as such was extremely wary which is a major problem with a large fluffy breed, Charlotte has worked hard with DeeJay to restore his confidence and provides a stress free groom service for me and a wonderful spar day for DeeJay and Monty, could not recommend more highly.
