   I been waiting for consultant appointment for 2,5h!!! Just to see him for 2min. If you are running late with your appointments, you should inform your patients!!! Few weeks after that I was trying to find out what time is my blood test and they put me on hold for 40 min just to " quickly" check what time it is! I had to hang up to call again. Just to be put through laboratory, where they couldn't help me as they don't deal with appointments! Ridiculous and useless!!

   I Attended Clinic to see the consultant and had an appointment time, I was finally seen 1 hour and 45 minutes after my appointment time. No warning was given on my arrival , i had to check that i hadnt been missed out. poor communication is the issue here. if I'd have known how behind they were running, i could've got a drink but was reluctant to move from my seat incase called in. poor communication, very disappointed. If someone is in for a long wait , please warn them. it only takes a second to keep people informed.
