My Range Rover Evoque had a leaking windscreen (no surprise there!!). I contacted Pinnacle Windscreens, I was given a quote straight away and booked in for a windscreen removal and refit. I am based in London and although Pinnacle doesn't cover the London area, Danny at Pinnacle kindly offered to meet somewhere half way to get the refit done. Watching Danny work, you can tell straight away he is highly skilled and knowledgeable in what he does. It puts your mind at ease knowing your car is in good hands. I cant comment on actual work carried out but I did reach out to Danny on the back of some less than convincing conversations with Autoglass (as directed by my insurers LV) on a BMW X3 windscreen repair that turned into a replacement. He responded same day in detail and included a quote. If I do decide to go ahead with replacing my windscreen I will definitely use Danny after reading plenty of horror reviews about Autoglass service, fitting issues with HUD, Highbeam assist, rain sensors etc.
I had my Vauxhall Corsa D windscreen(stone chip damage) repaired yesterday. Dan is very polite, professional and accurate person. I texted him on Wednesday evening and he came to my parking slot for providing the repair on Thursday evening, relied on my availability. He even texted me 30 min in advance to confirm the appointment. Before the repair the technician explained to me everything in detail the process, highlighting all the parameters I need to know, answering all my questions. The quality of service and result are decent. I am satisfied. The price was ok and I fully recommend him. Thank you Dan
