Called Mobile Emergency Tyres early morning and by 11:30 they had sourced a new tyre ( to my spec) and fitted it. I was kept informed throughout the process as to when I could expect them to arrive.
Disgraceful Service – Lied to Us, Ignored Us, and Left My 17-Year-Old Son Stranded This company completely failed us during what should have been a straightforward emergency callout. My 17-year-old son was stuck alone in a car park with a flat tyre, and we called them for urgent help. We were told a technician would arrive within 45 minutes to an hour. After 2.5 hours, no one ever arrived. We only managed to speak to someone once after the initial call, when my husband finally got through by calling from a different number — as they were ignoring my calls and texts. The person who answered was abrupt and dismissive, and claimed a technician had “left 30 minutes ago” and was “on the way.” That was clearly a lie, as no one ever turned up, and we received no further communication, no apology, and no explanation. To make matters worse, they initially quoted £200 for a budget tyre and an out-of-hours callout, which already seemed excessive — then, without any prompting, they suddenly dropped it to £175. A £25 drop with no justification doesn’t exactly inspire confidence. It felt like the pricing was just being made up on the spot, and frankly, it made me not trust a single word they said. What’s most disappointing is that we chose this company based on some positive reviews — which makes this experience even more shocking. It’s such a shame to be let down so badly when you’re relying on a company in a vulnerable situation. They showed no professionalism, no urgency, no transparency — and no concern whatsoever for the safety of a teenager left waiting alone. Avoid this company at all costs. If you’re facing a real emergency, you cannot rely on them. They are unreliable, dishonest, and irresponsible.
My wife had a puncture on the M4 in the middle of the night near Newbury Junction 13, AA told her she will have wait 4 hours for a rescue, so I phoned Mobile Emergency Tyre Service and Shakil with a team of 3 arrived onsite within 45mins and got a new tyre fitted in 15 minutes. My wife was delighted she didn't have to wait on the side of the motorway for 4 hours for AA and Shakil was super nice and efficient. Perfect service at a reasonable price. Thank you Shakil and Team

Second time I have used Mobile Emergency Tyre Services, the patch is still strong from 4 months ago but unfortunately had another screw in the tyre. Very quick, friendly service as always. Helped me out massively Friday evening, needed my car first thing Saturday morning. Turned up within 3 hours, fixed the puncture, very polite and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
I had my recovery truck tyre blow out on the m4. Shakil and his team arrived with a brand new tyre. We came to realise my rim was also damaged. Shakil went out of his way and got my rim repaired to. Thought i was going to be stranded but he helped me out more than i could of asked for. Great service. Defo recommended !
