   I was the only customer in the store this morning and I was approached by a sales assistant who clearly couldn’t be bothered. I enquired after what I was looking for and she just pointed to two cabinets which contained these items and then she went back to her conversation with two other sales assistants. She didn’t ask what I was interested in in particular nor talk to me about the pieces I was looking at. She appeared more vested in the riveting conversation with her colleagues about someone who was in the store earlier. I asked after a certain item I was interested in and she barely glanced in the cabinets to tell me that they didn’t have it. She did not try to engage me in any conversation about the other possibilities I could consider or try to “sell” any other pieces. She did not make eye contact with me and while “showing” me the item I had enquired about she continued her conversation with her colleagues! Shocking, disgusting customer service and not what I have encountered in Pandora ever before.

   Blake went above and beyond to help us exchange a Christmas gift. He couldn’t have been more helpful, patient and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask of him. He is truly an asset to the store and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves - we cannot thank you enough Blake! x

   I went into Pandora to ask if I could have one of the little boxes their charms comes in as I bought something (not from them) to display and give as a gift. The staff and store manager (Blake) was absolutely amazing. Even though I did not spend any money with them their customer service was the best seen by far and I would highly recommend visiting their store if you would like A class service. Thank you Blake and your team for renewing my faith in customer service.

   I shopped here last week (3/3/23) as I was purchasing a charm bracelet with a Celestial theme to it for my daughter's birthday. I was served by Ellie who was really lovely and was genuinely interested in helping me choose the right charms/bracelet etc... A big thank you to Aria and Blake who came over when they had finished with their customers to see what I had chosen! These people are an absolute credit to your store. Well done!!

   I went to the store, last Saturday, to buy my Daughter a bracelet and charms for her 18th Birthday and was immediately approached by Ellie D. She (very appropriately) illuminated my path to finding the perfect gift. It was my Daughters Birthday today and she absolutely loved them. THANK YOU Ellie for your excellent advice and assistance and I'll be sure to out look for you, for assistance, next time I shop in the store

   Fantastic service today on a busy post Christmas shopping spree. Very well organised queue system in store and staff on hand to ensure you knew what to do. We were served by Holly. She was brilliant! Very patient and extremely helpful. Left with 2 happy daughters! Thank you.
