   I had to take my wedding ring and eternity ring off for an mri scan and as they’ve been on my finger for a very long time, I couldn’t get them back on . I also had a broken wedding ring from a long time ago and thought it would be lovely to get them all combined into one ring. I also had an eternity ring , engagement ring as well as a small signet ring bought for me from my grandparents when I was 11 ( I am now 65!). I was made very welcome into the Petra studio and served by the lovely Sarah . She was able to confirm this could be possible. I was excited to see the finished ring and was very pleased with the result . My request to try add the stone from my engagement ring was fulfilled and when I went to collect it I was so happy with the finished product , I now have a beautiful bespoke wedding band consisting of five of my most precious rings. I would 100% recommend Petra Jewellry for all your jewellry needs ,especially if you are looking for something as special as I now have . I was also told I can bring the ring back in a years time to have it cleaned and polished free of charge. These rings would have just laid in my jewellery box forever and nothing would have been done with them All in all I am a very happy customer. Thank you Petra Jewellry

   I have had my wedding ring re-designed after having to have it cut off, by Petra and it is amazing. Abigail and all the staff have been so kind and helpful. I now have a beautiful ring with diamonds set in. Thank you to everyone at Petra. They have made me so happy. I have also had my other rings cleaned and polished. They look as good as new. ❤️.

   Abi was absolutely amazing. I was really nervous to get my engagement ring fixed as it means a lot to me and she was caring and gentle, informing me of any risks and letting me know next steps. It was fixed before Christmas and im so happy when i got it back. It looked perfect and i cant wait to wear it for my first Christmas engaged. Would 100% recommend and will definitely come back here for any future ring work!

   So enjoyed my Christmas visit to Petra's to share a mince pie, meet The Team and browse their collection of sparkly things! Can't believe a whole year has passed since my beautiful bespoke Olive branch ring was created, using 3 very sentimental emeralds of mine. Kindly cleaned and full of sparkle. Looking forward to attending another Gemstone evening in the Spring, touching real stones, learning about them and imagining what you could make it into. You never know, it could become reality!!!

Jo’s incredible expertise and gentle guidance helped me choose a beautiful design that made the most of the original ring. I now have a timeless necklace and earring set that I absolutely love.    Incredible experience from start to finish. We used Petra to redesign my wedding rings after I had had such trouble with them. We sat down with Beth for a design appointment and she instantly "got" my vision for honouring my old rings but changing aspects to suit and fit me better. Beth's drawings were then sent to a CAD team which gave me an amazing idea as to what they would "really" look like. We took our time, going backwards and forwards to finalise the design making sure it was just right. We picked our rings up right on time at the date promised. The quality of the rings is incredible, so much better than my previous high street rings . Thank you everyone at Petra. If you are thinking of trying them - do it! You won't regret it!

   I contacted them for a ring resize on my wedding ring and had little hope of getting it back for the next due to tight deadline. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and the price quoted was as we saw it on the website. My ring was taken in and I was assured they would their best to get it done and on time. During the week, I had to chase them up but got a reply straight away and was kept updated and I finally got the ring resized and it looks fabulous and fits very well. I'm very pleased with my experience and I would recommend them. The whole process from booking a very last minute appointment to getting the work done was pretty smooth. Thanks to the team for their hard work, I got to wear the ring of my dreams on my big day!

   I was gifted an old ring very generously from my mother in law but it was way too small. I took it here to get resized and it also got a nice cleaning… I cannot believe this is the same ring!It’s stunning to wear now. Just wow. Thank you for resizing and cleaning my 50+ year old ring it will be in the family for many years to come. If you need a ring fixed up this is for sure the place to go.

   Beth designed the most special signet ring for me using my Mum's eternity ring and some pieces of my own old jewellry. The whole experience was so special and very emotional having lost my lovely Mum early this year. Covid meant we couldn't see her and she passed away just before the Care Home agreed we could meet. The ring is so special and I sincerely thank the whole team at Petra for their kindness and understanding.
