I meet these ladies at Happy Place Festival this year, brought some earrings but saw some others I wanted but they didn’t have. So ordered them, my god everything that everyone has said is right, I have emailed them 3 times, sent them an Instagram message and I am being ghosted. Taking my money and no response, this is absolutely disgusting when you clearly gone to a massive festival and then not followed up with any communication. Having to get my money back from my credit card company now. Do not use these people there are better made products and business that deserve your money
They will ghost you! DO NOT give them your money and certainly do not book any workshops or classes with them! My cousin purchased a voucher for bracelet making through Etsy and we have been ghosted ever since, by both email and Instagram. I have attached photos as proof - they have been posting on their Instagram stories and posts but refuse to respond to any messages. Not even attempted to contact, let alone offer my cousin a refund for the money she has given them! Shocking ‘business’ if you can even call it that.
Went to a bangle making workshop with the wonderful Emily this evening and had a fabulous evening! The bangles we made were so special and unique that I'll treasure mine forever. Emily was so warm and friendly and knowledgeable! The group was the perfect size with all five of us having plenty of support and guidance.. The shop itself is beautiful and we chose four gorgeous smelling candles. We really enjoyed our workshop and will definitely be booking on to another one, plus I'll be coming back to get a permanent anklet. I'd highly recommend the workshops. It was the perfect gift for my mum and we both have something to treasure. Highly recommend Emily's workshops and her shop is perfect for gifts!
Worst shop experience I think I've ever encountered. I received some bamboo hoops for Christmas that were purchased from Winchester Christmas Market. The hoops and box looked gorgeous and I love supporting independent and local so was the perfect gift. 2 weeks after receiving them the clasp unfortunately broke (reading other reviews, this seems like a very common problem) I tried MULTIPLE time across MULTIPLE channels including Instagram, email and direct via their website to contact the owner. I heard nothing. She was happily posting away on Instagram ignoring DMs and ignoring and deleting comments I was putting on her posts. I just wanted the earrings replaced. Long story short (long from my end at least!!) I sent double digit communications before I got 1 reply asking me to send the broken earrings back before I would be sent a replacement (normally you'd receive an apology and a replacement immediately but ok!) So I sent the broken earrings back recorded delivery not trusting this sham of a business and i'm glad i did, at first the owner denied receiving the package! Not until i sent screenshots of the recorded delivery note. I finally received a replacement pair, nearly 3 months after trying to make initial contact. Reading other reviews looks like I was the lucky one to receive anything at all. It gives independent an appalling name. Save your money and spend it with someone who actually cares about their products and the customers that buy from them.
I bought earrings at Winchester market, which turned out to be faulty. After acknowledging their return, Emily has failed to replace or refund them, and ignored multiple emails and Facebook messages in the two months following. This seems to be a recurring pattern, so don’t risk your money!!!!
Placed an order on 13th December and paid for speedy delivery. Have still not received my order 2 months later! Have sent several messages via different platforms and no response. Awful way to run a business!
I went to Winchester market to pick up some gold hoop earrings. Very disappointed as one fell out due to loose latch. Poorly made. Do not shop here as not worth the money! Customer service poor and they are not willing to replace!! Monica vinader is a thousand times better and all their jewellery has a 5 year guarantee so you know it will last!
Very poor service, I ordered sparkle drop earrings from their website as a present for my sister 2 weeks before Christmas, 4 weeks later and I still have not had confirmation that they have been despatched. Delays happen right, but I have emailed them twice asking for an update on my order and they have not had the courtesy to even acknowledge my emails. This is no way to run a business and I certainly won’t be wasting my time or money with them again.
