   I recently lost the parking permit I purchased from this company. The permit had my car registration on it, but when I asked for a replacement, I was told that their terms and conditions don’t allow them to issue one. I found this really disappointing, as it feels like a very poor way to treat customers who have already paid for a valid permit. A simple replacement shouldn’t be this difficult. I hope they reconsider their policy, because the current approach is far from customer-friendly.

   Went swimming today after 3 weeks off(Beginner swimmer here). Had a great swim and felt good till I got out the pool. Swam too hard and I started vomiting in the bathroom/ felt so weak. There were two gentlemen who helped me and the manager who came as well. They gave me a flapjack and drink to get my energy back. Made sure I was ok. Lovely gesture from the team and I hope they see this. I apologise as I didn’t get their names but they sure know who they are! Thank you for caring and it makes me feel better I go to a good leisure centre.

   I am appalled by the phone services at this place. I am calling to cancel my membership and no one has answered in half an hour… at the reception. Plus no one ever answers from the memberships team and it goes straight to voicemail. I called 4 different times and nothing. Additionally, i think the prices should include the sport sessions like tennis and squash or at least some kind of discount on them. I already pay £50 a month. To then pay another £10-£15 for each sporting session is just ridiculous. I think there needs to be some real updates to the service and customer satisfaction at the leisure centre.

   I would not recommend. I took my son swimming there. Lockers were with a padlock, and not a coin, which I had to purchase. Receptionist was as friendly and welcoming as an overstimulated toddler. Facilities were fairly clean. The water in the pool was very cold. We attended the family session. My son is 10. If someone with a younger kids were in the water they would have gotten hypothermia. We didn't stay for the full hour because our lips turned blue. On top of that I got a ticket for parking which was an honest mistake. I emailed the manager of the centre to ask for help and I was completely ignored. Awful experience overall. Don't waste your time and money going to this place.

   Waste of time, 3rd weekend in a row of trying to introduce my son to the water, his 7months old. 1st weekend was chance and fair enough you had a gala going on. But after that I rang ahead, learning from the weekend before but was told all was ok but after turning up and finding out it was lessons all morning was an absolute joke! Then the following weekend was the exact same thing again!! This is most definitely is not a public swimming pool!!!!

   Like all swimming pools in the area, it is virtually inaccessible for children during the week. It is only open for swimming lessons, which are all fully booked up, or adult-only swimming. I work weekends, which is the only time children are allowed to swim. Leisure centres should have a responsibility to cater for children, not just adults, by providing more general swim time options between 4pm and 6pm once school is over. Children deserve the right to swim!

   The centre itself is great with friendly staff however it is slightly let down (run by a different company) by the parking - .50p min but no app option - cash only. Vritually all car parks I go to have an app. The cynic in me says - no one has the .50p and puts in £1. Nice little earner.

   Good leisure centre with allot of facilities. Reasonable price for a good sized gym, sports Hall, squash courts and pool. The pool area has a sauna and steam room which is rare for a leisure centre. Much more reasonably priced than other facilities in the area.
