Ordered some hoppers for my lizard and obviously arrival 2 whole tubs were dead so good job I checked before I purchased- unfortunately there was loads the same on the shelves and on getting home loads more had died . Really shame as I usually like pets at home

This is my local pets at home and I come in with my dachshund regularly. She is very picky with foods and Charl helped me and was so knowledgeable and helpful and Cider (my dog) LOVES the food she recommended. Charl and Megan both helped me and were so so friendly and kind. A lovely experience overall. (A pic of cider because she’s cute!)

It was busy but a member of staff took me to one side as I wanted to sign up for the monthly flea treatment, very quickly delt with, staff very friendly
The staff here are honestly unbelievable. I've been going in for a while now and they are the most lovely people. They can't do enough for you. They're really good with my dog and they always want to help and give as much advise as they can. Not met 1 bad member of staff. All good people
Today, 6th July, my husband and I visited Pets at Home, Uttoxeter for the purpose of purchasing a car harness for our labrador/retriever. We were served by an assistant name Peggy. Peggy was very informative and knowledgeable and explained the various products on offer. Not only that, she actually tried one of the harnesses on our dog. As we were unsure how to actually fix the safety harness in our car she excused herself to her colleagues and followed us to our car to demonstrate the procedure. We were amazed at the level of service this lady gave us. We would be most grateful if you would pass on our thanks to Peggy who went above and beyond the call of duty. She is an excellent ambassador for your company.
