Wonderful place. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and they take such great care of my assistance dog. He is always very happy to go and comes out looking and smelling absolutely amazing.

Took both my dogs in today, (11yo cocker spaniel & 3yo bull x lurcher) one for a hair cut and both for a bath and pamper, they both came out happy and they smell amazing, nails trimmed, perfect hair cut and no nicks, the team were profesional and friendly and I’ve already booked the next visit. Would definitely recommend

I'd give 0 stars if I could! Took my beautiful 7 month old English Bulldog for her full groom today, which was booked in by prior appointment. However, the rude woman refused to do her as she has a cherry eye(something which is very common with bulldogs - also the last time I took her, she had a cherry eye, there was no problem then!). I'd already stated at the time of booking that she had a cherry eye, so why didn't they say something then! Instead of me having a wasting journey and my baby not getting washed! I also paid £15 deposit, I asked if I'd recieve a refund and the rude woman stated we 'SHOULD' be able to refund that! SHOULD - it was their refusal, not mine! The woman was extremely rude and even made a rude comment about our pup saying 'her eye doesn't look right'! AVOID this place people, shocking service and I will not be bring our pup back to them ever again - lost a customer due to a rude member of staff(brown straight bobbed hair, with glasses). I'm sure her boss will never happy with her turning away customers!

Rang up for a appointment was told it was a bad line (even though I could here them) and they hung up . Rand again and left a message on their answer phone ( they never rang back) Funny way to run a business ! Made a appointment at Woof and Buff in the end .We'll satisfied.

Bad vibes from the staff, had to ask if receptionist was feeling fine since she was giving attitude. But overall did a good groom job, extra £10 for the spa is not worth it though. It didn’t seem too clean either, saw other dogs hair still on the floor when we picked our dog up, lots of scratches and paint peeling on the walls, could be covered up/ replaced with a more suitable material if dogs are scratching the wall and the paint particles with it.

They always do a great job cutting and washing our spaniel. The staff are very friendly and my dog seems to get on well with them. Be aware if you book online you may have a phone call at some point to take a deposit. I missed the call before my appointment and because of this they never booked me in meaning I had to make a new appointment.

Took my 4 month old cockapoo, he looked lovely and they did do a good job around his eyes. However when waiting to pick my dog up, the staff were eating and food was dropping over him. When collecting him, the groomer was rude on how she spoke she said he was very mouthy with the brush near his head. He is a puppy still and explores everything with his mouth. Yes he is a little mouthy but nothing a puppy does not do. No advice was given really on how to help him and whats best to do. I felt extremely uncomfortable on how they was speaking about my puppy being a puppy.
