    I had a terrible first-time experience at the pharmacy while trying to pick up my prescription. The staff asked for numerous details, and even after I provided accurate information, they claimed they couldn't locate me in their system. In the meantime, they ignored me and served other English nationals with great kindness and politeness. It felt more like I was attempting to rob a bank than simply collecting a prescription or seeking health advice.

    Some miserable and rude staff. Went yesterday and was treated nicely. Went in today to collect another repeat, woman was rude to a gentleman infront of me, then when I got mine and asked to set the repeat up was told “sorry no we can’t it messes up the system” have since raised a complaint! Since this is a service all Well Pharmacy’s offer!

    The chemist is dirty the floors are horrendous the service is pathetic. I’ve been in yet and my prescription is ready for collection. Constant lame excuses for bad service.
