Shab who brings my medication is so lovely I’ve known him for a long time now. We always have a little chat and if I have any issues with my medication he will always be happy to help me out. I’ve also been with Inspire Pharmacy for a very long time, I’ve had a few problems over the delivery but always been able to sort everything out so Thank you. If I call the pharmacy for anything they are always available to assist me so thank you once again. I wouldn’t ever want to change to another pharmacy. So keep up all the amazing good work. Excellent service! Acute prescriptions are always delivered on the same day. Having multiple health conditions I rely on the pharmacy to ensure I receive my medication on time every time. They have never disappointed me thus far! Keep up the good work! Thank you

We initially used this pharmacy when it first opened as it seemed like a convenient solution to faffing around with repeats. However, in recent years, this pharmacy has gotten worse. Rather than being a solution, they have created endless problems. This includes essential regular medications not being delivered, a complete lack of understanding and empathy by the staff over the phone and false promises of deliveries and call backs. It’s absolutely shocking how bad their service is. I would absolutely not recommend this pharmacy to anybody who is in need of regular medications and honest communication, because you will receive neither.

- Not good wait ages for delivery.Last prescription ordered Thursday morning it’s now Monday afternoon and still no sign of the prescription ordered.Another family member is having the same issue.

Since I changed pharmacies around 6 years ago to inspire pharmacy, I've never had to worry about my medication. The team there really are brilliant, I get my meds dropped of by Shab;and he rings me to see if I'm in before coming. . Fantastic.
