   Very poor customer service. My child has fever and Dr prescribed him antibiotic , i went there to collect the medicine . But the staff member said it is 1pm we are closed . How much it would take to give the medicine? He had fever and needed first dose to relieve the symptoms. I had many sleepless nights and hard days with children with viral flu. Sometimes you need to show little empathy with mothers

   The staff at this location are consistently friendly and helpful, which makes every interaction pleasant. It seems there are ongoing management challenges that impact the customer experience. Key issues include: The store rarely opens on time. There frequently isn't enough staff to manage the tills efficiently, leading to long queues and slow payment processing. The store also closes during the busy lunchtime period, which is inconvenient for many customers. It is frustrating to see a great team hindered by operational shortfalls. I truly hope these management-level resource and scheduling problems are addressed soon, especially as the nearby chemist is closing and this location will become an even more vital community resource.

   Although staff are friendly, there never appears to be anyone free for the sales counter. There are pharmacy staff, who attend to customers requiring prescriptions or pharmacy service but general staff are required.

   As soon as I walked in the security guard left the little old lady he was stalking and stood next to me instead. I was surprised to find all the makeup encased in plexiglass housing and you have to bother the staff every time you want to look at anything. I really didn't want to find someone just to browse concealers and the security guard's stare was very uncomfortable. I will go back to using Congleton and Crewe.

   Waited 35 minutes in a queue for the pharmacy then when we finally got served they took another 30mins trying to find the tables. Worst pharmacy I have ever been to! Never using this one again!

   Shocking, I understand under staffed but don’t answer the phone after 43 calls but engaged tone now now and then. Always a que in the shop so not worth visiting.

   Worst pharmacy around Tunstall area, they never answer the phone, they don't always get prescriptions ready for day of collection, so if ur on life saving meds I'd change pharmacy. Disappointment is an understatement
