   A huge thank you to *Emma*, *Beth*, and *Flo* for making my 5-year-old daughter’s ear piercing such a calm, smooth, and positive experience. They were so kind, patient, and gentle, she wasn’t scared at all and left with a big smile. I truly appreciated the way they reassured her and made her feel safe. I tried to leave them a tip, but it’s not allowed, so I hope this review shows how grateful we are. An amazing team that made a special moment even better!

   My sister and I popped in a few minutes before closing or just as closing on 23rd December about 7:50/8pm. The girl working was so kind, helpful and patient considering the shop was about to close! We didn’t get her name unfortunately.

   I visited the store on Wednesday 10 October. My little grandaughter was crying as she was either cross she couldn't have a Claire's bag or was hungry or tired. The lady on the till was so kind and had suggestions about the crying! Turned out my grandaughter was hungry (when we left went to cafe). Thanks for the help!

   Went with my daughter to buy some earrings and hair accessories as she had a gift voucher for here. They have a large range of hair, jewellery and other accessories suitable for girls. The prices are very good and they had some very good offers. The store was clean and tidy and they had sand sanitizer available at the entrance. Would recommend this store.

   Just after Christmas I took my daughter into the shop and I've got to say the most attentive kind shop assistant called Sheena helped us . Sheena made sure we found what we wanted Sheena interacted with my little girl she loved Sheena ! One of the most helpful shop assistant I've come across lovely lady ! . My little girl didn't want to leave the shop ! Keep up the good work Sheena definitely coming back ! .
