   We've been taking our pooch to Carly every 6-8 weeks for over a year now, and she's amazing. Her love for dogs is clear, and her gentle approach makes such a difference (to them, and us dog mums who worry about leaving them). We originally took Frank to another groomers and he'd come back so worked up, but since going to Fetch, he's just his playful cheeky self. Her approach has not only made a life long customer in us, but also led my parents to bringing our family dog all the way down from Cirencester for her grooms because there's no-one we'd trust more. When I messaged Carly and explained that she's an anxious girl, and was in need of a (very long and overdue) groom because of this, she extended the booking so that she had time to build up a relationship with her before she'd begin the groom. Carly - thankyou so much for taking such good care of our fluffy family.

   Carly is a lovely friendly lady, she made us feel at ease immediately leaving our Cockapoo puppy with her. You can tell she cares and enjoys what she does and it’s reflected in the attention to detail on our pup! He always comes out smelling amazing too! Would strongly recommend. Carly also contacted us when a cancellation was made, to fit us in last minute to help us out which was helpful and considerate. Thank you!

   Ralph has been to Carly twice now and both times has looked and smelled absolutely amazing! He is also a pretty nervous dog which made me worried to leave him, however each time he has came out happy and full of energy. Carly is so welcoming and clearly takes her time to make the dogs feel comfortable during the groom. Amazing service and lovely groomer! Highly recommend.

   Carly is great with our young goldendoodle. Her first groom I admit she was quite matted around the ears (it’s all a learning curve!) Carly did an excellent job and kept me informed throughout. She looked and smelled great and was much more comfortable afterwards. We now know to keep on top of her grooms, and she had her second groom with Carly today. Again she looked and smelled amazing, with a sweet little bow on her collar. Carly is friendly and professional, and wonderful with dogs. She has a lovely salon in which she grooms 1:1. We have booked again in 8 weeks. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ‘fetch dog groomers’.

   I took my anxious cockapoo to Carly this week for the first time and I am extremely pleased with his groom!! She text to reassure me he was doing well which was good to hear....I was absolutely over the moon when I saw him even had a little bow on his collar to make him look even more adorable! Would highly recommend Fetch Dog groomers and we are booked booked in for 8 weeks time.
