   Rude and arrogant staff were on at this branch on 31st October. It's a ridiculous set up for online orders for delivery driver's and this branch is the only one that has a pickup at the back of the store none of the other branches do this. The member of staff that gave me the orders just dumped them on the floor he wasn't even interested in helping and I did ask, he just grunted and walked off and even in the past the staff were willing to help with big orders but the staff that were on they weren't interested and when I complained one of the staff said "if your not happy then don't come back again " this is outrageous, delivery driver's are not only customers they are there to representative the customers that are ordering and they are there to represent the shop when delivering the orders to the customers, some of which are disabled. Although I'm working i also have disability issues and the combination of the stupid paper bags which are useless and nearly always split either when you put them in the car or when you take to the customer, it also makes it impossible not only to take the orders to the car it also makes it difficult to take to the customer door, if you have more than 2 bags you have to make multiple trips on both ends. Something has got to give and the staff need to be more understanding and forthcoming with there help. I informed the 2 relevant customers and they weren't happy

   Very bad experience very roodstaff expecially the girl with tattoos an the guy with the hearing aid they are very rood never will be using this place again in future after the abuse I suffered from these to if they dont like the job they shouldn't bring in it

   Just picked a delivery order on Just eat been served by Marie who was so rude telling me that she is not superhero and company where she works expect her to collect order in seconds, I just arrived and showed her order number did say anything was kind and ready to wait. I heard from other drivers she is calling them stupid. I really think she is not suitable for this job with this kind of attitude or owner needs to send her to attend some customer service courses. Where is can do attitude, please and thank you that’s doesn’t cost anything.

   I use this co-op regularly and never had any issues, staff have always been perfectly polite. Today I went in to buy several food items, the lady behind the counter serving me coughed right into the palm of her hand before then scanning all my food items. Touching all of the things I had bought without a second thought, now you cant help it if your ill but id appreciate some common sense of staff especially when handling food items.

   I was disappointed today with the service from the Supervisor, a young blonde girl, who stated categorically that my Staff Discount card did not work in her store. Needless to say she was proven wrong, and no apology was given.

   Friendly, helpful staff with everything you would expect from a local coop. There is a fruit and vegetable section, fridges with ready meals, sandwiches, salads cooked meats and pies and dairy products and another isle dedicated to tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolate and a drinks isle stocked with a good selection and wine and beer. The spirits are behind the till with the cigarettes. The only downside to the shop is the narrow parking places outside and trying to park at busy times

   I took a cauliflower to the counter to pay for it. Just before the assistant handled it she coughed into her hand before scanning it and carried on as if everything was normal. Not best pleased.

   This is my local coop and I think its fantastic, The ready meals are always delicious and they have a good range of products, Brilliant if you are after doing a small shop Prices are very fare and the staff are beyond amazing they always have time to have a nice word to say, especially if you treat them like people, Always enjoy shopping there and the management should be very proud, Also the two oakwood branches too, Great bunch of people, Especially with this virus they are doing everything they can,

   A reasonably small Co-op by most standards. The staff are mostly friendly and polite, there are a few exceptions to this namely one of the younger staff who gives the impression that he doesn't want to be there. The store itself is clean and layed out in a reasonable way so I can usually find most things I'm looking for. This place stocks a selection of most goods you would find in a bigger supermarket but there is less selection due to the size of the store. This is a place to pick up odds and ends. I don't think you could do a weekly shop here at a cheap price especially when there are three other supermarkets near it.

   Ok range of food and drink products, it's not comprehensive but it's not designed to be. Ok for grabbing something you've forgotten or a few basics, bread, milk etc. Free parking is available as is cashback and a cash machine.
