I came to collect a couple of parcels. The checkout operator was incredibly helpful and efficient, even offering to help me get a parcel to the car. Really excellent customer service and a credit to the shop.

Young new guy looked and laughed at me before got to counter tonight, said "buying a bottle of wine!" Omg I said is that any of your business! He's in the wrong job and I won't enter that shop until he's shown how to be polite to customers and he defo tried to degrade me in front of people in shop. I worked from 10 until 6.15 came home, took dog for walk and yes bought a bottle of wine! God he's worst of your staff ever!!!
Ordered on just eat , lots of things said out of stock but i chose one that said was in stock , ended uo not being in stock and paid £8 for a bag of crisps that I only added because i wanted the vape, called the store women just rude and in end hung up on me after I was nothing but polite in phone , disgusting service.

It’s a good shop just that the other day went in there to buy two monsters Energy drinks and she ask me for ID WICH am 22 and she was saying you have to be 18 and Challenge 25 wich you don’t you have to be 16 and she was very Rude about it and Radio her colleagues to try and prove me wrong.
Was overcharged when went back to question, lady working there was more bothered about delivery than helping ....was told to come back tomorrow as they couldn't excess till roll to check?? I work in retail myself and know this is untrue and their customer service this evening leaves alot to be desired . I shall be pursuing this matter.
