   I always visit this shop and always the staff are polite and friendly until today, the cashier was very much like a robot never said please or thank you, not just to me but also to the lady in front of me and the same to my friend who was behind me, it seemed beyond her to even smile. Please Home Bargains train some of your staff on customer relations

   I'm very sure retail can be very stressful but some of the staff there is lagging a little behind when it comes to kindness. I asked for help from one of the ladies stocking shelves. I asked for lettuce and the way she responded to me seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. A little less friendly where I really didn't feel welcomed. I get it. You do get rude customers but I was very polite and respectful. But spoken to like I interrupted her work.

   This store is situated across the road from the main shopping centre . It has a small carpark but you have to pay to use it. The store has a good selection of stock and is well laid out.
