Lovely helpful staff . Always pick my parcels from here as can often park outside shop. Have lots of stock and helpful lady ( owner) will always look at wholesaler if you ask her to stock an item .
Very poor service. InPost is just a nightmare; it takes 30 minutes to get 3 parcels, plus there is no notification from InPost when they arrive. The only notification you get is when they're already going back. No signal inside the shop, so if you have multiple parcels, you need to walk in and out from the shop.
They used to have InPost outside , but they moved it inside the shop. To take parcels out it literally takes 20 minutes.Also there is no service inside the shop so they can’t provide service they should.
Rubbish well over priced slow service and staff that are so inept. Far better to go down into Spondon Village to the Co op. Cheaper more selection and pleasant staff.
Useful shop with reasonable prices and open early to late
Amazing how Paul and his team have kept the stock levels during these crazy days. Great shop, brilliant staff, nothing is too much trouble, newspaper delivery in Ockbrook never missed 6.30 am on the button. We are lucky to have such a great retailer in Spondon.
Can't thank the staff enough first all their hard work and friendliness in these extremely bad times. They cant do enough to help and offer support a credit to the community
