   Ludacris opening hours, Closes in the middle of the day, Friday Closes at 3 o’clock on the weekends when most people aren’t at work and want to go to the gym , And plays music from the 1940s . I have never in my life known a gym to play love songs as workout tracks , The excuse I was given is that it has to cater for older generations but I myself I’m 62 and even I find that music ridiculous ! And to top it off several times I’ve been told the gym is full and when I look through the door, there are 3 members of staff using the gym, Surely paying customers should be a priority , Also, they provide a water machine and no cups to drink out of it .

   Such a shame this gym has such ridiculous opening hours , When you’re paying nearly £50 a month and half the week it doesn’t open early the weekends it’s closed by 3 o’clock . They close the gym in the middle of the day to clean it Seems like no thought has been put into keeping the gym available for people when they want to use it . My friends and I used to use this gym all the time, but we now go to Newport because you know when you go to the gym it’s going to be open . #letdown

   As a regular visitor to the Freshwater area in recent years, I use the the swimming pool at the West Wight Sports Centre two or three times a week while I'm visiting. It is brilliant. Crystal clear water with not too much chlorine. Friendly staff who make sure the lanes aren't too crowded. Yes, it might look a bit dated compared to the latest designs but it's perfect for club and recreational swimmers alike and it's the cleanliness and quality of the water that's important. Changing rooms are kept clean and tidy. What more could you want. I tend to use several pools around the country from Scotland to the Midlands and South. West Wight is the one I most look forward to visiting each year.

   Incredibly friendly and helpful staff with a good range of classes. They also have freshly cooked meals at a very reasonable price on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays that are very good. Everyone I've met there has been great and classes are fun

   It's a nice place were you can train your body and mind in different ways. Staff there is nice and helpful. You have a lot of different activities going on like gym, pool play different sports like football, basketball, tennis, table tennis, climbing and other group activities. I definitely recommend this place !!
