   This is a local shop and I use it regularly. It is always well stocked and the staff are friendly, particularly Eva . She is always very helpful and has a smile that can lighten the darkest of days. Always going the extra mile to help when I cannot find an item or if it isn't on the shelf, she is a real credit to the team.    Used the shop today 24th July at 1130 approx to return a parcel and a new system was in place. The young man serving was such a breath of fresh air. Took the time to explain the new process and assisted me with it.Took time to Converse.He was polite, friendly,Cleland tidy.A delihgt and credit to his generation.A treasure for Onestop. Thank you for restrictions g my faith in the younger generation

   Message:* I'd like to make a complaint about the following store assistant: elliot at store Unit 6, Royal Glen Park, Rowallan Way, Chellaston, Derby DE73 5WX. He was serving us today at roughly 16:00, 29/01/2022. Were not in a lock down but most responsible retailers are stating to keep masks on and maintain a 2 meter gap. Dissapointingly today I was felt violated by Eliot. Today he asked me to show my face I hesitated as the mask was worn for my own protection, I stated instead let me show you my driver's license, he took a look at it, and the stated id like to now ask you to show me your face, all this for buying a lotto ticket. I'm a 40 year old man! My license shows I'm 40 year old, I drove in to the shop in my vehicle. In these times surely a license should suffice, but instead Eliot needed to see my face. It was only until Id been forced to show him my face against my will under pressure that the guy would process my lotto ticket and all other shopping. I felt disgusted, distort and violated that he put my life at risk so that i would show him my face, despite me compromising by showing him my license. I am utterly disgusted by this guy today.

   This is the best place for every day items. Drinks, drinks, daily vegetable, sandwich etc. But be aware of it's own brand dishes. Example newly introduced buffalo wings...it turns out very different. But overall for all daily needs it just one stop

   I have been to One Stop many many times. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of items; fruit, veg, magazines, lottery, confectionery, drinks, paypoint, my Hermes, cupboard food (pasta, sauces, cereals). Parking is very easy 3 hours free (posted pics of the restrictions). Opening hours great 6am ~ 11pm everyday. They do cashback up to £50. Cashpoint just outside (24hrs access everyday). Would recommend and continue to use.
