Having paid £3.25 delivery cost, I eventually received the gift card, after paying a further £1.50 to the post office as insufficient postage was paid on the envelope. You applied postage cost of just £0.87p. Please ensure you update and apply the correct postage to items you send out, so others are not disappointed. This was a Christmas present which ultimately didn't arrive on time !
