Amazing service, despite our server coming straight from uni to her shift at wagamamas she was lovely and so were the rest of the staff, they took very good care of us as my friend had a peanuts allergy. Manager sat down with us to discuss options for her meal. Super lovely staff!

Sad times Wagamamas. Our kids favourite place to eat out which use to offer a wide range of meals to suit different tastes. On our last visit there was no rice, which was at the end of the Oct half term. Today recent menu changes meant no miso soup, no plant vegan meat options, no pad Thai with tofu. If you want bao buns and a katsu curry you're sorted. But only one veggie ramen. Our brisket ramen had barely any kimchi and not much meat. Service was fab and staff apologetic about menu changes. Just was a bit rubbish it was so mediocre.

First time eating here. Food was great. Server was very knowledgable and helpful in making me decide on my meal. Definitely returning to this place

I recently ordered a delivery from Wagamama in Whiteley, and I was really impressed with the whole experience. Delivery food can sometimes be hit or miss, but this order arrived in excellent condition β€” everything was still really warm, fresh, and ready to eat straight away, which made a big difference. The food itself tasted great. Wagamama always has that balance of flavours β€” rich broths, fresh ingredients, and vibrant spices β€” and this order didn’t disappoint. I particularly liked how well-prepared and neatly packaged everything was, which meant nothing spilled or arrived soggy, something that can sometimes happen with takeaway. The portion sizes were very generous, definitely good value for money, and more than enough to feel satisfied. The seasoning was spot on, though I personally would have loved a little more coriander to lift the freshness even further β€” but that’s just down to personal taste, and it didn’t take away from how enjoyable the dishes were overall. What I also appreciated was the consistency in quality compared to eating in the restaurant. Often when you order delivery, it doesn’t feel quite the same, but Wagamama Whiteley managed to keep that high standard even through a delivery order. Everything had that same vibrant flavour and comforting feel that makes their food so popular. All in all, I’d highly recommend ordering from Wagamama Whiteley if you’re in the area and looking for tasty, well-prepared food that travels well. Great portions, fresh flavours, and reliable delivery β€” we’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

It saddens me to write this review because we have come here before which was the reason why we returned. β€’Our gyozas (chicken) were rock hard. β€’The chicken dish for my daughter was cold and the chicken was very dry. β€’My fish curry had a lot of rice but a tiny amount of fish. I had that dish recently at a different Wagamama where the portion of fish was substantially bigger. When I asked why the portion sizes are smaller I have been told that the fish is weight and every customer receives 140grams of fish in their curry but they will happily cook some more fish and give it to me- this promised additional fish never arrived. β€’My beetroot smoothy was served in a small glass with a lot of foam and very little juice itself. It appears to me, that overall that the portion spices of Wagamama have shrunk whilst the prices have not. The service is not attentive and it isn’t enough to employ young and nice to look at staff whilst they can’t do their job properly. It is so important to receive customer satisfaction because bad news spreads quicker than good that is a fact and it is really difficult not to say bluntly stupid to argue about facts. I guess we should have known when we come in because the restaurant was half empty with no queue…. I do not recommend this Wagamama for the above reasons and told our family and friends who live near by to give it a wide berth.

Visited on a Saturday lunchtime and was very busy. Food tasty - ordered a Tofu Pad Thai without chilli which has good flavour; however the tofu was lukewarm. Also dishes not served together even though we were only 2 people ; imagine this would be an issue for larger groups. Some confusion over the table number too when paying via the app so be sure to check. Staff very young but keen to help .

The vegan pad Thai was yum. I felt that the tofu would have been better without the batter / coating as it ends up going soggy for.takeaway. it was a nice heat too lots of chilli

Friday afternoon very quiet with no queues but the food is still awesomely expensive and tasty. It's the only place I can get my 8 year old to try something new. The whole menu is its lovely including the vegan options. Service was quick and friendly.

The food was nice and the staff who served us was very helpful. I love that the kitchen staff worked well and everyone was working in sync doing their part of the job. This was very nice to see. The only problem I had was I saw one kitchen staff actually picked the noodles with their hand and putting the noodles in the pan to be cooked which put me off slightly. I don’t see why the kitchen staff can’t wear gloves or handle food with kitchen utensils. It puts me off eating the food. Other than that it was great.

Went for a quick lunch to this large bright and airy restaurant. Classic Wagamama menu of course. Staff friendly and attentive. Food served quick although I should say this was early afternoon and only a few tables being used. I had a good jack fruit dish mildly spiced over flavoured rice. Also a light Korean barbecue steamed bun.
