“It run by Thai owner now and add more Thai dish. We ordered noodle with pork Nam Tok soup and Somtum. The taste was same as I ate in Thailand. I really recommend if you would like to try the real Thai food with the reasonable price near the commercial road. I absolutely go back again to try other menu.”

“The Notso Sunday Roast is well worth a try. 'Family' sharing platter was plentiful and excellent value. Classic sides support a trio of meats, all very well cooked and very tasty. We weren't surprised to hear that next week (and the last for 2024) is nearly sold out. If you are thinking about it, get booking, you won't be disappointed. Well done Charlie and Team, hope to see it return for November '25.”

“As an avid sushi enthusiast, I love trying all sushi including the awful stuff at tesco to the counters at Sainsbury's and the high end restaurants. This place truly is a gem in terms of pricing and quality. So great it's local adding to a low diverse of options in Bognor. So tasty, fresh, very well packed and presented. Rice is always perfect too. Hope they will continue to grow and offering a wider menu selection. Seeing more options of platters and fried options would be brilliant.”

He arrived on time with fresh, beautifully presented sushi, I tried to pay with his cashless machine but the reception was not great,so I paid via direct deposit as he drove away! “An outstanding Taiwanese food restaurant in Portsmouth! Highly recommended beef noodles and Hainan chicken rice, very soft texture with the beef and chicken, you will be amazed with the beef noodle soup with no doubt, definitely will come back again!”

“So glad we found this Malaysian spot! The food is authentic, delicious and generously portioned. Highly recommend the char kuey teow and Penang curry mee. The wantan mee with char siew is also really good. Pair with milo ice and you'll feel like you're in Malaysia!”

“First time trying this place out so I thought I’d treat myself. Staff were friendly and helpful which is always a bonus! I got the Chicken Korean Style Box which included the following: “Chicken boneless Korean wings coated in double glazed zing sauce, served with Korean style corn dog, chips, kimchee slaw, a sprinkle of mixed sesame seeds and spring onion, garnished with fresh lime” with that I also added chips and a small pot of their popular garlic sauce. You get to choose between chips and rice. I loved everything (including the sauce) apart from the chicken corn dog which wasn’t anything special, next time I will opt for the mozzarella corn dog.”

“Walked past a few times and decided to try today. Highly recommend the dim sum menu which is not so common in Portsmouth. Food was fresh, authentic and flavourful - we will definitely be returning! Special recommendation for the turnip cake.”

“We usually order from Wok&Chips cause it's in front of us, however as it is closed on Sunday we have picked Shanghai Bay. We have ordered lemon chicken, crispy chicken, Singapore Chow Mein and crispy pork in sauce. The difference between the 2 is staggering, Shanghai Bay added so much meat into the dishes that honestly we couldn't believe it, and the taste is just great. Sent the sauces separately so the meat would not soak, very thoughtful. I would highly recommend it, for sure our go to from now on. Probably is the best Chinese Takeaway we have tried in Portsmouth.”

“I recently ordered a delivery from Wagamama in Whiteley, and I was really impressed with the whole experience. Delivery food can sometimes be hit or miss, but this order arrived in excellent condition — everything was still really warm, fresh, and ready to eat straight away, which made a big difference. The food itself tasted great. Wagamama always has that balance of flavours — rich broths, fresh ingredients, and vibrant spices — and this order didn’t disappoint. I particularly liked how well-prepared and neatly packaged everything was, which meant nothing spilled or arrived soggy, something that can sometimes happen with takeaway. The portion sizes were very generous, definitely good value for money, and more than enough to feel satisfied. The seasoning was spot on, though I personally would have loved a little more coriander to lift the freshness even further — but that’s just down to personal taste, and it didn’t take away from how enjoyable the dishes were overall. What I also appreciated was the consistency in quality compared to eating in the restaurant. Often when you order delivery, it doesn’t feel quite the same, but Wagamama Whiteley managed to keep that high standard even through a delivery order. Everything had that same vibrant flavour and comforting feel that makes their food so popular. All in all, I’d highly recommend ordering from Wagamama Whiteley if you’re in the area and looking for tasty, well-prepared food that travels well. Great portions, fresh flavours, and reliable delivery — we’ll definitely be ordering again soon!”

“We ordered on the phone and we greeted with pleasantries and our order was taken within seconds. The lady estimated 30-40 minutes for delivery and the food came in 25 minutes, really lovely and polite driver too. So the service 10/10. Now, when it comes to the food, I was blown away. I asked for extra spice and they prepared the food to perfection. I’ve not had singapore fried rice full of flavours like that before. The salt and pepper chicken wings are delicious too. Highly recommended! I’d drive an hour just for this yummy food. Thanks for making our time in Portsmouth extra special.”

“Dined at The Shed as delivery was predicting about an hour and a half. Glad we did, it got us our favourite meal from this venue. The counter was unmanned when we arrived but it didn’t take long for a member of staff to appear. Neither welcoming nor unwelcoming, he served our food which was hot and plentiful. We did have to ask for forks, the pot was empty, and soy sauce for our gyoza. We went for a combination meal with noodles. Blooming good it was too. The Shed itself was cold so we had to eat in our coats, not sure how the staff work in those temperatures. Maybe that’s why they didn’t make eye contact or speak, it’s January and they were cold. Remains a firm favourite of ours but will probably stick to home delivery on a week day when it maybe quieter”

“Outstanding Dim Sum, the best outside of London. Want that authentic Chinese Dim Sum Experience? This is it. Note that it opens 12pm on Sunday for Dim Sum and by 12:15pm it'll be rammed. If yours SENs, give this place a miss, but if you're a Dim Sum Foodie, this is a must.”

“What a great place! Lovely surroundings, great menu, fabulous food. Everything we had was so tasty, the sub, the doner Kebab, the wagyu burger, the wagya sausage, the club sandwich and also the cheesey bites! We were from Ireland visiting friends in Portsmouth and over the weekend we ended up doing 2 visits as the food was so good. Friendly staff too. Good luck to Ash and his brother on their new venture.
