The store staff could do with more active listening and less entitlement. Particularly the self-important older woman with curly brown hair and a headset. I'm a loyal Superdrug customer and my recent store experience is disheartening.
I went to buy perfume. I'm bit clueless when it comes to buying perfume; but the kind and very understanding staff were extremely helpful in guiding me to buy items that my other half absolutely loved. Great service, lovely people and good value for money. Strongly recommend you shop here.

Ordered on line and my purchase was ready to collect in under 2 hours... collection was quick and easy. Very helpful staff. Highly recommended. UPDATE: Dropped in today to buy some EDT by Izzey. I was stunned to be offered 2 products, with a combined retail value of £90 for £30!!! Unfortunately this offer expired today, so if you are reading this, it's already too late. Fantastic customer service from the young lady who served and advised me. Well worth a visit.
I am a regular customer here and I have always thought Highly of the staff as they have always been friendly and happy to help! However an incident today left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and disturbed by an individual who works there (with curly hair and glasses) I literally just parked outside the store as my 6 yr old was sick in the car and I ran to ask for some water. Customers were still leaving but as soon as this lady saw me coming she locked the door and when I explained my situation she didn’t show any remorse or empathy! She just replied “we are closed now” absolutely disgusting behaviour and I couldn’t help but feel discriminated against today. This individual should be ashamed I will definitely be taking this further.
