Shop once a month.and use my bonus card . Every litter helps. The £1 meals are mostly good .Don't buy a lot but are handy if I dont fancy cooking

It's a really great place to shop, the staff is always friendly and the service is quick. I've always loved the different food collabs they do, and it's a great value for the money.

so last time i ordered from here, i waited nearly 2 hours and it said delivered (it wasn’t), drove up and got it. just ordered today, said delivered and no one came to the door, no knock no call. i go outside to drive up and repeat the same process as last time, and the bags are dumped outside my house. anyone could have taken them, one bag was wide open too. ridiculous

Nice store but an out of town location detracts overall. Carpark is small and not easy to navigate. Not as large as the Food Warehouse in Centre of Hull so doesn't have the same range. The till area is smaller and more cramped but seems to cope. Is on direct bus route of EYMS route 154. Has the usual good range good own label Iceland products recommended location.

How the young guy at the till kept his cool with a customer insisting an on- line offer should be applied in-store was beyond me. The queue was getting longer and longer and more annoyed that another till opened briefly, then shut again. Manager was called, saying nobody available due to doors being open because of a delivery ( true, I saw the delivery wagon when entering retail park) . My only criticism is surely at near Xmas times that more people should move onto the tills when something like this occurs!! ? And to clarify on its on-line deals. Apart from that, it's generally a fantastic store, well run , well presented and clean . Credit to the young guy on the till on Saturday 16 December.

I would have given 5 stars but the prices have gone up ridiculously, I know everywhere has but to put £1 on something that was £4.50 and is now £5.50 is an extortionate increase in my opinion

Too big for me, staff extremely helpful but no longer stock the product I'd gone in for. The checkout lady very kind when asking if I was over 60 - I'm 82 and produced my bus pass.

Helpful polite staff. Ideal for buying bulk bags/boxes of frozen items. Great offers come on at the warehouse

Shopped in this store earlier today. I currently have my left arm in a sling due to a fractured shoulder. The young man on the till offered to unpack my basket then packed my shopping for me. His name was Keelan and this was the Anlaby store. What fabulous customer service by this young man ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
