Understaffed. Queues are always out the door. Very friendly and professional workers but more people needed to serve on till as self checkouts are non fuel sales only.
Everything keeps changing (products in different aisles) making it confusing and having to go down all aisles whick can end in wasting money
Just wanted to say how great the staff are here didn’t ask there names but my daughter passed out twice this morning in there store I wouldn’t have known what to do if it wasn’t for them so thankyou really appreciate it a lot
One of the cheapest for fuel and definitely the quickest to get in and out. Always seems busy but if you just want fuel, pay at pump. I usually need a VAT receipt when I buy fuel so have to go inside, but not here, I can reliably get the receipt from the pump. There is also a pretty decent convenience shop inside but you can get store like queues which are normal for a shop but not a Petrol Station. As previously mentioned, pay for your fuel at the pump and this is not an issue.
Didn't have 2pints size milk again
Its a ok shop the staff don't like doing the lottery till at night they say lottery is off

Basically my younger sister was carrying a bottle of wine for my grandma because my grandma can’t hold things because of her lukemia and my grandad couldn’t pay because he had all his cards and id removed because of his seizures and bleeds on the brain diagnosis, the manager asked my sister for ID and my grandma went to pay, they wouldn’t let us buy it, and it wasn’t as if they were older teens buying Alchol for us to drink it otherwise i would understand, there is medical circumstances behind our reasons and it was rude how they handled it, they wouldn’t let my mum pay and even my grandad tried to pay, they wouldn’t let him, they’ve been going there for more then 30 years, it’s awfully disappointing that we’ll never be going there again.
Always friendly staff and fair prices.
