Absolutely robbery. Β£12.95 for scallops the size of a 5p coin, and calamari that looked like the hair I pull out of my brush. When I asked for a sauce for my steak, I was handed a bowl of ketchup β Iβm not five. Even the waiting staff admitted theyβre embarrassed to serve the food. Perhaps management should listen to them. Weβve been here many times before, but something has seriously gone wrong. What was meant to be a nice family meal ended with us leaving deeply disappointed. We wonβt be returning.

The food was beautiful but Dont expect quality service. I have just left the restaurant after telling the one of many managers how rubbish the service was. We watched all the employees at the bar. Between 10 to 4 at the bar just stood there We waited and waited, we never got asked if we would like any more drinks or how was our meal was. I had to go to the bar to pay for my meal, which I was going to be charged a service charge. I did make my comments made to the manager who just agreed and said sorry and walked off. Lovely food but don't expect service as you will be waiting and ignored.

I stumbled upon this place and decided to pop in to celebrate my 2-year anniversary with my girlfriend, and it was spot on! The food and drinks were absolutely amazing, and the service was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The staff made sure we felt welcome and checked in on us, which really enhanced our dining experience. I can't wait to come back and enjoy another meal here!

Decided to treat ourselves to the wagyu sharing platter and it was INCREDIBLE! Never had a meal like it and Iβve eaten at steak restaurants in many countries. Staff are warm and welcoming. Love the atmosphere and decor inside. Also great that it was nice and cool inside on a hot sunny day.

A birthday meal for yours truly, booked in advance by the good lady. Upon arrival we were greeted by the front of house host who showed us right to a reserved table and accommodated the missus with her allergies with a full allergy portfolio, making her choices easy and most importantly safe. The drinks order were taking swiftly, myself opting for a Long Island ice tea and the other half getting a cosmopolitan. These were lovely! For starters we ordered Duck Pancakes and Crispy Squid. Both presented excellently and packed full of flavour. For mains, a Wagyu burger and a Porterhouse stake with sides hit the spot and filled a hole to say the least. Perfect portion sizes and amazing flavour profiles. Not to mention, the steak was cooked to perfection and complemented with a Stilton and bacon sauce. We didnβt opt for desert, as thereβs a massive birthday cake sat at home ready to be devoured but the desert menu looked great. Only downside- we were asked if we wanted another round of drinks, and then immediately brought the bill with no drinks at all.. odd. Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Will be back.

Service was really good tonight, Garlic bread starter was really good, Wagu burger was outstanding. And my desert as per my photo was amazing. Music was a little boomy for a restaurant, other than that was nearly perfect. Definitely come back again.

Food is below average for the price very expensive as you have to pay for every item separately, salad chips sauces etc. So a Β£20 steak meal ends up Β£35-40.. Definitely had lot better for half the price. Staff are fabulous and very proactive.

I have eaten here a few times and always enjoyed it. We had a breakfast on a Saturday as a walk in, I had heard great things about it and I was not disappointed, the large breakfast was tasty with great produce and well cooked by the kitchen. Coffee was good, my partner had eggs Benedict which looked really good and tasted it as well. Then on to a Monday evening we went for my partner's birthday. Booked online easily and even allowed me to amend the booking when I needed to. I ordered the Bao buns. Simply one of the nicest things I have eaten in a very long time. Well cooked duck and pork, hoi sin in the duck did not over power it, the pork sticky and crunchy. There was a lovely layered flavour with a nice heat to it. I could have eaten so many of these they are beautiful. My partner ordered the chicken parmesan and I had a steak for main. Both were really good, my steak slightly under for me however I still ate it and it was tasty and well seasoned. The chicken is a fantastic alternative to a steak, really well cooked and a nice size as well. All the sides are tasty and again the right size. Pudding well my partner loved it, the bombe, the theatre of pouring warm sauce over it to melt the chocolate dome. It looked great, she was worried about it being sickly, but because you put the caramel sauce on, it was not. My only downsides was there was not a lot of staff on the floor, and our waiter looked run of their feet, as it was a fairy busy service, also I had the Corona beer on draught, both pints went flat quickly but still tasted great so not sure why they went flat. Overall a great place and good service with great produce well delivered. A place I recommend to anybody. We will be back

Absolutely fantastic service and quality food. We ordered the Β£65 sharing board and I was a fussy steak eater but we asked for it to be rare cooked and it was spot on. I'm no longer a fussy steak eater because it was cooked to perfection and honestly well worth the drive out to Beverley!
