   Sadly on recent visit the shop there was a sign advising no additional donations and a donator was dismissed/ sent away with x2 bags of donations which they had taken effort to carry into the shop. The prices of items were on the high side, certainty not conducive to be easy sales. The usual store manager (gent) is no longer there and and it seems he is missed. This shop has changed vibe.

   An observation whilst in shop , someone came in with a donation and was told quite curtly to put donation in corner of shop , no thanks or appreciation from assistant in shop. Mentioning this as a friend had the same reception a while ago and now though inconvenient takes her stuff elsewhere . Maybe a wee bit of customer service training required :(
