I cannot thank the veterinary team enough for saving my dog’s life. My 12-year-old Yorkshire Terrier, Cooki, had a severe urinary blockage caused by stones, and the situation was very serious. Pauline was our first point of contact, and from the very beginning she was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure Cooki was in safe hands. The surgery, which included a urethrostomy and neutering, was handled with great care and expertise. The procedure was successful, and Cooki is now recovering well. Throughout this stressful time, the compassion, patience, and dedication shown by the entire veterinary team gave me confidence and peace of mind. I am extremely grateful for the outstanding care and professionalism we received. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care for their pet.

Alexa and Ruby on the reception were very friendly and welcoming. It was our first visit to this vets and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we got from the reception to the vet. Also great value for money as Alexa helped me sign up to the pet health care plan for our kitten Salem.

I have to leave a negative review. I treated my dog with Dr. Mik, A lot of money was spent on his treatment, and the final diagnosis was laryngeal collapse, common in Yorkshire Terriers. I last saw him at the end of September, when he noticed lung sounds. We were given antibiotics a week later. On October 3rd, at a follow-up visit, the doctor said the dog was cured. He examined him and said he had NO CANCER AND WOULD LIVE FOR A LONG TIME. Last night, the dog started feeling unwell, vomiting, diarrhea, and lethargy. I went to another vet, where after examination, he diagnosed an abdominal tumor. It was inoperable because the condition was so advanced. The dog was euthanized. I am devastated.

All of the staff were outstanding! So helpful and willing to answer all questions with smiles on their faces. As a first time puppy owner, they all made this experience comfortable and eased all our worries. Otto enjoyed all the love and attention he got too which is a huge plus! You can tell these people love animals ❤️

Very disappointing. I was quoted £109 to hav cat neutered. I paid £20 deposit and then £89. He had a 2minute check up. Then I took him for operation appointment and they asked for another £67. They said the check up was £59. This wan not property explained to me. They offered a small discount but I decided I will take him to another vet. Very poor customer service. Very disappointing. I could hav been a good customer . If they had explained what the total bill would b in the first place I would probably hav proceeded . Very disappointing waste of time Now I am.being accused of slandering them. Slander is making a false accusation..I hav merely given an honest review according to the facts . If they wish to sue me for slander I will offcourse defend myself

Last year’s vaccinations were troublesome for one of our cats in particular and this made me anxious about taking her in. The receptionist (Rebecca) explained kindly that there was a new vet who was well versed in nervous pets, as well as the options if the vaccination wasn’t managed on this occasion. I came to the appointment ready to have to fight with my poor cat with her being so nervous, but much to my delight, the vet (Scott?) was an expert and I barely had to help him at all when it came to keeping her in place for the vaccine or the examination. Huge thanks to the team for their treatment, especially vet Scott and receptionist Rebecca!

Been a customer of Vets4Pets for many years as a registered breeder but never been refused help when we needed it most like we were in Aberdeen. Both our min pins came down with a bad chest infection. One with a heart condition and our local Vet4pets said any problems they would share information. We needed antibiotics and they could not see us for 4 days! Not interested. While our little dog struggled to breath. As others have commented. Not a nice place. Managed to find another Vets and with a quick phone call was handed over the antibiotics all within 30 mins. Thank you Aurora Vet Clinic. Petal recovered and back to her normal self.
