    Very poor customer service. Staff abrasive. Spent over £100 in store and the offer was spend £35 receive £5 off. Store member wouldn't give me the discount. A really bad atmosphere in the store. Staff just stood watching you shop at the till point. Not a warm welcoming experience. Nice store and clothes but Holderness road staff completely let it down.
